We can help you understand the reasons for absences, complaints, or identify non-compliance with the rules and regulations, by analyzing work situations and causes of accidents and other unwanted events together.
Our role is to assist you in formulating recommendations based on the production unwanted event “cause trees”, or diagnoses identifying the strengths and weaknesses of work situations in terms of health and safety at work.
We are also able to assist you in the implementation of some or all of the recommendations you have agreed upon: design for safety, ergonomic adjustment of existing workstations, training modules, etc.
